For me, real estate has never just been about houses — it’s been about possibility.
Over the last 30 years, I’ve worn nearly every hat in this industry: new construction sales, luxury condo projects, brokerage leadership, and even C-suite executive roles overseeing billions in transactions. I’ve seen the highs of record-breaking deals and the lows of market crashes. And through it all, I learned one truth: agents don’t fail because they can’t sell. They fail because no one ever taught them how to run a business.
That’s where my calling began.
After decades of building, scaling, and rescuing real estate projects, I shifted my focus to something far more personal: helping women agents stop hustling for survival and start leading their businesses like true CEOs. Because real success in real estate isn’t about endless hours or chasing every lead. It’s about clarity, systems, and a plan that actually works — even when life gets messy.
My approach is simple but powerful: mindset, operations, finances, KPIs, and scaling. These aren’t just buzzwords — they’re the five pillars every thriving business needs. And when you combine them with the reality of what women in this industry face — balancing family, self-doubt, and the pressure to constantly prove themselves — you get a coaching approach that’s both practical and deeply personal.
I don’t sugarcoat things. I don’t believe in hustle culture. And I don’t think you need another generic “guru” telling you to just make more calls. What I offer is real-world strategy with a no-fluff attitude — grounded in decades of experience and delivered with heart.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me chasing live music with my husband, searching out the best taco stands, or spoiling our senior rescue dogs (currently: Skillet, who came to us at 10 and is still thriving years later).
