About Steph Wilkinson
Real estate has never just been about houses for me.
It has always been about possibility — the possibility to build something meaningful, to create financial independence, and to design a life on your own terms.
Over the past three decades, I’ve had the rare opportunity to experience nearly every side of this industry. I began in new construction sales and luxury condominium developments before moving into brokerage leadership and executive roles overseeing some of the most complex real estate operations in the country.
Along the way, I helped lead the marketing and sale of more than 2,000 homes and over $1 billion in residential property, while also playing a role in real estate transactions exceeding $3 billion through my work with financial institutions, pension funds, developers, and private investors.
I’ve served as:
• Chief Operating Officer of a national real estate auction company
• Vice President of Marketing for one of the country’s leading condominium marketing and sales firms
• CEO of my own real estate advisory company
• A brokerage leader managing offices and coaching agents across the country
In other words — I’ve seen this business from every angle.
And through all of it, I discovered something that changed the direction of my career.
Agents rarely struggle because they can’t sell.
They struggle because no one ever taught them how to build a real business.
Why I Do This Work
After decades of working with developers, institutions, and large-scale real estate operations, I became increasingly aware of a painful truth within the industry:
The people doing the hardest work — the agents — were often the least supported.
Many were incredibly talented. Many were working harder than ever.
But they were stuck in a cycle of inconsistent income, constant pressure, and the quiet fear that maybe they simply weren’t cut out for this business.
I knew that wasn’t true.
What they were missing wasn’t drive or talent.
They were missing structure, strategy, and leadership.
That realization is what ultimately led me to shift my focus toward coaching and consulting — helping agents, teams, and brokerages build businesses that are not only successful, but sustainable.
My Philosophy
Real estate success is rarely about working harder.
It’s about building the right business infrastructure.
Over the years, I’ve found that the agents who create long-term success all have five things in place:
Mindset — the ability to think like an owner rather than a salesperson
Operations — systems that eliminate chaos and create consistency
Financial structure — understanding the numbers that drive the business
KPIs — tracking the activities that actually produce results
Scaling strategy — knowing how to grow without burning out
When those pieces come together, something powerful happens.
Agents stop reacting to the market — and start leading their business.
The Work I Do Today
Today I work with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages who want to move beyond the chaos of transactional real estate and build something far more powerful:
A predictable, scalable real estate business.
My work combines three decades of real-world industry experience with practical business strategy, communication training, and leadership development.
I don’t believe in hustle culture.
I don’t believe success requires sacrificing your health, family, or peace of mind.
And I certainly don’t believe agents need another generic “guru” telling them to simply make more calls.
What I believe in is clarity, structure, and leadership.
Because when you build a real business, everything changes.
Outside of Real Estate
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me chasing live music with my husband, searching for the best taco stands we can find, or spending time with our senior rescue dogs.
Our current resident legend is Skillet, who came to us at ten years old and has been thriving ever since.
My Mission
The real estate industry is full of talented professionals capable of extraordinary success.
But far too many are stuck working harder every year just to maintain the same results.
My mission is simple:
To help agents stop guessing, stop burning out, and finally step into the role they were meant to play — the CEO of their own business.
Because real estate success shouldn’t feel like survival.
It should feel like freedom.
